Meaning of Key Terms
In these Terms & Conditions, “account” means a registered jcbet profile associated with one verified individual. “user”, “player”, “you” and “your” refer to the person accessing jcbet.
“Services” includes website content, casino games, live dealer games, sports betting markets, promotions, transaction facilities and account tools made available through jcbet. “Bonus” means promotional credit or another benefit governed by additional rules. “Wager” means a stake placed on a casino game, sports event or other eligible market.
3. Account Eligibility
Age, Legal Capacity and Location
You may register with jcbet only if you are at least 21 years old, have full legal capacity and are permitted to use online gambling services under the laws applicable to you. Age eligibility is determined by your date of birth and may be checked against official identity documents.
Users in Kuala Lumpur, Penang, Johor Bahru, Petaling Jaya, Shah Alam and elsewhere in Malaysia are responsible for understanding local restrictions. The availability of a website, payment channel or MYR option does not establish that participation is lawful.
jcbet may decline registration, restrict access or request further evidence where age, identity, location or legal eligibility cannot be confirmed. Attempting to avoid a location restriction through false information or technical masking is prohibited.
4. Registration and Security
One Accurate Account Per Player
Unless jcbet expressly permits otherwise, each user may maintain only one account. Registration information must be complete, current and accurate. You must not register for another person, use a false identity, impersonate a third party or provide misleading contact details.
You are responsible for protecting your username, password, device access and one-time verification codes. Credentials must not be shared, sold or transferred. If you suspect unauthorised activity, you must notify jcbet promptly and change compromised credentials.
jcbet may treat activity performed through correctly entered credentials as authorised until a security concern is reported. However, jcbet may temporarily restrict an account when unusual access, payment inconsistency or suspected fraud requires review.
5. Verification Requirements

jcbet may conduct Know Your Customer checks before allowing deposits, withdrawals, bonuses or continued play. Required documents may include a valid Malaysian identity document, driving licence or passport, proof of address issued within three months, a selfie holding identification or evidence that a payment account belongs to you.
Documents must be genuine, readable and submitted through a secure jcbet channel. Edited, forged, borrowed or unlawfully obtained documents are prohibited. Verification may also include age checks, sanctions screening, duplicate-account review and assessment of transaction patterns.

jcbet may set minimum and maximum amounts, such as an illustrative RM30 minimum deposit. Any displayed figure is subject to the current cashier conditions. A payment must come from a method that you are authorised to use, and jcbet may reject transfers from unrelated third parties.
Withdrawals are normally returned to an eligible method associated with the verified account. jcbet may request identity, payment ownership or source-of-funds evidence before release. Banking delays, maintenance, incorrect details and additional security reviews may affect timing.
Chargebacks or payment disputes made dishonestly may lead to account restriction, reversal of improperly obtained benefits and recovery of reasonable losses where permitted by applicable law.
7. Bonuses and Promotions

Every jcbet promotion may be governed by specific conditions concerning eligibility, minimum deposit, wagering requirement, eligible games, expiry, maximum bonus bet and maximum cash-out. Promotional conditions form part of these Terms & Conditions.
A wagering requirement describes the eligible betting volume required before bonus-related winnings may be withdrawn. For example, an RM100 bonus with X15 rollover generally requires RM1,500 of qualifying wagers. Different games may contribute at different percentages.
jcbet may withhold or remove a bonus where a user creates duplicate accounts, coordinates activity, manipulates game patterns, exceeds the maximum permitted bonus bet or otherwise abuses an offer. Legitimate use is assessed according to the published rules and relevant account history.
8. Casino and Sports Rules
Wagers, Results and Settlement
Users must review the selected game, market, odds, stake and potential return before confirming a wager. Once accepted by jcbet, a wager generally cannot be cancelled merely because the user made an error or changed their mind.
Casino results are determined under the applicable game rules. RTP is a theoretical long-term calculation and does not guarantee a return in any session. Live dealer outcomes may be settled using the recorded studio result where a display or connection issue occurs.
Sports bets on EPL football, Liga Super Malaysia, UFC or other events are settled using the official result and the market rules displayed by jcbet. Rules may address abandoned matches, postponed events, dead heats, overtime, extra time, participant withdrawals and obvious pricing errors.
jcbet may void a wager affected by a manifest technical error, clearly incorrect odds, duplicated settlement, corrupted game round or event integrity concern. Any correction will be made according to the applicable market or game rule.
9. Prohibited Conduct
Fair and Lawful Use
You must use jcbet honestly and only for lawful personal entertainment. Prohibited conduct includes:
- Using false personal information, forged documents or a payment method without permission.
- Creating multiple accounts to obtain repeated bonuses or avoid restrictions.
- Using bots, automated scripts, unauthorised software or technical exploits.
- Colluding with other users or attempting to manipulate a casino game or sports market.
- Laundering money, concealing the source of funds or using jcbet for unlawful transfers.
- Threatening support personnel, disrupting services or attempting unauthorised system access.
jcbet may investigate suspected misconduct, preserve relevant records and restrict affected funds while a reasonable review is conducted.
10. Responsible Gambling
Limits, Breaks and Self-Exclusion
jcbet is intended for entertainment, not income generation. You should decide a spending limit before playing, avoid borrowing to gamble and never chase losses. A lost wager does not become more likely to win merely because previous wagers were unsuccessful.
Available responsible gambling measures may include deposit limits, loss limits, session reminders, cooling-off periods and self-exclusion. A self-exclusion request may prevent access for the selected period, and users must not attempt to bypass it by opening another jcbet account.

11. Suspension and Closure
Account Restrictions
jcbet may suspend, restrict or close an account where required for security, verification, responsible gambling, legal compliance, payment review or investigation of a suspected breach. Where reasonably possible, jcbet will provide information about the restriction, subject to legal and security limitations.
A user may request account closure at any time. Closure does not remove outstanding payment obligations, completed wagering records, unresolved investigations or data-retention duties. A responsible gambling closure may be handled under stricter rules than an ordinary account closure.
12. Intellectual Property
Permitted Website Use
The jcbet name, layout, original text, graphics and related materials are protected by applicable intellectual property rights. Users receive a limited, personal, non-transferable right to access jcbet for lawful purposes.

13. Availability and Liability

jcbet aims to provide stable access but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, internet failures, device problems, payment outages, third-party game interruptions and events beyond reasonable control may affect the service.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, jcbet is not responsible for losses caused by a user's incorrect details, insecure device, shared credentials, unlawful participation or failure to understand a wager. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Gambling outcomes remain uncertain. jcbet does not guarantee winnings, profit, uninterrupted access, continuous promotional availability or any specific sports or casino result.
14. Amendments and Contact
Changes to These Terms
jcbet may update these Terms & Conditions to reflect operational, security, legal or product changes. The revised version becomes effective when published or on a later date stated in the notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
